The members of our staff are dedicated to promoting the well-being of all our guests. Our goal is that eachc person who visits A-Nu-U Cosmetic Laser Centre leaves us relaxed and rejuvenated. Therefore, we ask that these few, but important, rules of Spa Etiquette be observed:

• Your time with us is precious.
  Your treatments begin exactly at your appointment time. Please take full advantage of your visit by arriving 30 minutes to two hours prior to your first treatment. This will allow ample time for you to check-in, relax, and enjoy our surroundings in anticipation of your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
• Quiet Environment.
  A-Nu-U Cosmetic Laser Centre is a sanctuary of peace and tranquility. We ask that you turn off your Mobile phones and pagers during your visit. For your convenience there is a phone available at the front desk. Our staff will gladly take messages while you enjoy your treatment undisturbed.
• Inform Us Upon Reservation.
  Let us know of any conditions such as high blood pressure, pregnancy, injuries, allergies, or any other significant medical conditions before booking your treatments. Please inform us of any medications you may be taking, especially Retin-A, Accutane, or any photosensitizing medications. Upon check-in, all spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire designed with your well-being in mind.
• Communicate.
  The best treatments require honest communication with your Dr. Mitchell or your Massage Therapist. During your treatment, let your them know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area. Please alert them to any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, surgeries, or medications you are taking as they may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.
• Spa Dress.
  Some services are best received fully undressed. However, all treatments may be received while clothed, so please dress comfortably. Should you wish to wear clothing, we recommend shorts for men and bikini bathing suits for women.
• Enjoy.
  Our treatments are designed to relax, rejuvenate, and restore harmony to your life. Learn to take time for yourself. Should you require anything, always feel free to ask.
