- Cancellation Policy.
As a courtesy to our many guests and limited availability, we require a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of treatments. Guests who book appointments and who cannot join us for their scheduled time or notify us to cancel their appointment within the 12 hour cancellation period will be charged the full amount of the treatment price.

The nature of A-NU-U Cosmetic Laser Centre's services requires open communication between our staff and guests to ensure correct treatments and products are used. Personal information is collected solely to better understand and service your health and well being needs. Be assured that any personal or sensitive information shared with us will be held in the strictest confidence, and your privacy respected in all matters.
- Gift Certificates are redeemable for services and products only and are non-refundable. A-Nu-U Cosmetic Laser Centre Certificates must be presented at the time of appointment. A-Nu-U cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. A spa credit will be issued in lieu of a cash refund for gift certificates, services, or products purchased. Gift certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
